Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Technician to perform residential pest management by inspecting properties, identifying infestations, applying treatments, and advising on prevention.

You will work in various settings, maintain equipment, follow safety rules, and communicate clearly with clients about solutions and schedules. A valid driver’s license and high school diploma are required; training is provided and benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to perform inspections and treatments safely.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday and weekends as needed.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and how to reduce future infestations.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and help expand services to new customers.
• Maintain pest control equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
• Follow all safety regulations and local, state, and federal guidelines.
