Aptive Environmental is seeking a Pest Control Technician to operate on the road in the Milwaukee, WI area. You will report to the Milwaukee/New Berlin office once per week, with a company vehicle provided and a $500 sign-on bonus. Earn $19.00–$23.00 per hour with uncapped bonuses and annual incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 in 4 years).
• Drug test and background check required for all hires.

Responsibilities

• Operate a daily route to resolve customer pest concerns.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Record treatments accurately and timely.
• Mix, apply, and handle pesticides in compliance with state and federal laws.
• Provide expert pest solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Maintain and service all route customers per company standards.
• Inform customers of potential issues and recommended actions.
• Keep management updated on route problems.
• Ensure proper inventory of pesticides in use.
• Assigned route will be local to your area; carry a ~50 lb backpack.
• Schedule includes every other Saturday.

Responsibilities Include

• Running a daily route where you will be resolving customer pest concerns and issues
• Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order
• Keeping accurate records of treatments provided
• Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides following state and federal laws
• Serve as the subject matter expert for your customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
• Advise customers of potential problems
• Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes
• Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage
• Please note that you will be assigned a route in your local area
• Carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday

Qualifications
