Job summary

Aptive Environmental is hiring a Full-time Pest Control Technician to service Peabody, MA. You will operate as part of a field team delivering pest control solutions along a daily route.

You will drive a company vehicle—taken home nightly—perform treatments, keep accurate records, and comply with state and federal regulations. Training is provided; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Valid US driver’s license, minimum 3 years
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past 4 years)
• Drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided
• Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws
• Serve as subject matter expert, implementing the best pest solution for each customer
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
• Advise customers of potential problems
• Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes
• Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage
• Carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday

Full‑time Pest Control Technician. Job family: Service Professional. Reports to Manchester, NH office once per week.
