Job summary

Aptive Environmental is seeking a hard‑working Pest Control Technician to join our team on the road around Manchester, NH. This full‑time role reports to our Manchester office weekly and involves applying pest control solutions, maintaining equipment, and serving customers on a local route.

You will receive training, a company vehicle to take home, paid holidays and PTO, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and EAP.

Qualifications

• No experience required; company provides training.
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 in the past 4 years).
• Drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route to resolve customer pest concerns.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and handle pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for pest solutions for customers.
• Maintain and service all route customers per company standards.
• Advise customers of potential problems and inform management of route issues.
• Maintain inventory of pesticides in usage.
• Be assigned a local route and carry a backpack weighing ~50 lbs.
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday.

About the Role

We are seeking a hard‑working, innovative, detail‑oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full‑time Pest Control Technician position located on the road in the area around Manchester, NH. This position will report to our office in Manchester, NH once per week. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment, and excels working at an individual level.

Compensation

• $21.00 - $23.00 an hour

• Carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday
