- Site Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations, entry points, and conducive conditions.
- Treatment Application: Safely apply chemical and non-chemical pest control solutions (e.g., sprays, baits, traps) following company protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Pest Identification: Diagnose pest species (rodents, insects, termites, etc.) and recommend appropriate treatment plans based on findings.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean, calibrate, and maintain pest control tools, sprayers, and safety gear to ensure operational efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA standards, NEA regulations, and company safety procedures when handling pesticides and equipment.
- Client Education: Explain treatment processes, prevention tips, and follow-up schedules to customers, addressing their concerns professionally.
- Documentation: Complete detailed service reports, including treatments applied, chemicals used, and recommendations for future visits.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with supervisors and fellow technicians to optimize service routes, share insights, and resolve complex infestations.
