Job summary

Orkin is hiring for a route-based pest control role in which you will protect homes and businesses and build a long-term career. Training is provided from day one, and a strong customer-service mindset is essential to succeed.

You will work on daily routes, inspect properties, and communicate pest-control solutions clearly to customers while maintaining company vehicles and equipment. A focus on safety and reliability is required.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
