Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license from state of residence; company vehicle provided.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and weekends as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Open to learning and becoming knowledgeable in all areas of pest control.

Responsibilities

• Perform industry leading pest management services for residential customers
• Identify and eliminate pests from residential properties by conducting thorough inspections
• Determine the type of pest infestation and apply appropriate treatments like pesticides and traps
• Provide preventative measures to prevent future infestations while adhering to safety regulations
• Communicate with clients about pest control solutions
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm their appointments
• Ensure that all pest control equipment is properly maintained, stocked, and in good working condition
• Drive and safely operate a company provided service vehicle

Requirements

• Clean shaven face (for safety reasons; rebreathers must seal your face)
• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence (Company vehicle and gas card provided)
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us)
• Available to work Monday-Friday and weekends as needed
• Open to learning and becoming knowledgeable in all areas of pest control
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills — You’ll need to be able to follow instructions for mixing on product labels
• Customer-facing experience preferred
