Key Responsibilities

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert by implementing the most efficient pest solution for each customer’s needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and keep equipment working, including vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature.
• Devote full attention and time during working hours to the performance of duties as directed by the supervisor and the company.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service and in‑person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to kneel and bend as necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Self‑motivated and results‑driven.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest control experience or lease; a pest control license is preferred but not required.
