HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is hiring a Pest Control Technician (Maintenance) to service homeowner routes with a focus on delivering a delightful experience.

You will present a professional appearance, keep company truck and equipment tidy, and discuss pest issues with homeowners while offering additional services when appropriate. This role requires maintaining your pest control license, attending seminars, reporting accurately via service tickets, and occasionally working Saturdays to finish

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired.
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish out the week's route.
