Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking a route-based pest control professional in Lakeland, FL. You will deliver high-quality service to homeowners, maintain a professional appearance with vehicle and tools, and promote additional services when appropriate.

You will keep your pest control license current, attend seminars, and work independently across assigned routes, with occasional Saturdays to complete weekly work. Competitive pay and strong benefits are offered by the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Hold a pest control license and attend seminars to keep knowledge current.
