Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking a HomeTeam Pest Control Technician to service homeowners along your route, delivering exceptional customer service and diagnosing pest issues.

Maintain your pest control license, present a professional image with the company truck and uniform, and work independently with occasional Saturdays; a comprehensive benefits package accompanies a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Safely use a ladder within weight capacity; lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services when needed.
• Maintain your pest control license and attend pest control seminars.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish the week’s route.
