About the Role:

We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This full-time Pest Control Technician position involves traveling within the Parkville, MD area. The role reports to our Baltimore, MD office once per week. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment and excels independently.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $17.75 - $21.75 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily routes to resolve customer pest concerns
• Maintain truck and equipment
• Accurately record treatments
• Follow laws when working with pesticides
• Provide expert pest solutions tailored to customer needs
• Maintain service standards and customer relationships
• Advise customers on potential issues
• Report problems to management
• Manage pesticide inventory
• Work in your local area with assigned routes
• Carry approximately 50 lbs of equipment
• Work every other Saturday

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary; training provided
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record (max one violation in past year, two in past 4 years)
• Drug test and background check required
