Job summary

Green Pest Management in New Castle, Delaware is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to join the team. The position offers a starting pay of $20 per hour or 15% commission on serviced accounts, whichever is higher in a given month.

The role requires a clean driving record, background check, at least 5 years of driving experience with a valid license, and being at least 21 years old. You will work on a daily route, service new customers, and maintain equipment, with some long days Monday

Qualifications

• A clean driving record is REQUIRED.
• Must pass a background check.
• A minimum of 5 year’s driving experience with a valid license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Running a daily route servicing new customers and resolving customer’s concerns
• Maintaining equipment in proper working order
• Must be able to do simple math for mixing/recording products
• Working Monday through Saturdays. Some days we require you to work from 8am until 7pm.

We are a fast growing Pest Control company based in New Castle, Delaware looking to hire seasonal employees. Job can potentially turn into a year-round job.

The Position: We’re looking for a full-time service technician. Pay starts at $20/Hour or 15% commission on serviced accounts, whichever is higher in any calendar month.
