This entry‑level pest control technician position requires no prior experience; comprehensive training will be provided. Successful applicants must have a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and will be required to obtain a pest control license within 90 days of hire. Competitive pay starts at $20 to $23 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and represent the company to clients.
- Travel to appointments, assess pest issues, and implement specialized treatment plans.
- Recommend preventive actions to protect homes and businesses, building long‑term customer relationships.
- Respond to customer needs professionally and promptly.
- Use a handheld device to document service and track pest conditions.
- Maintain and operate a company vehicle safely and ensure it remains clean and functional.
- Read, understand, and follow labels and SDS forms for hazardous chemicals.
- Follow all safety guidelines, PPE, and proper handling of equipment and chemicals.
- Perform other duties as assigned and continually seek the best solutions.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Availability for at least 40 hours per week, including occasional weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Obtain a pest control license within 90 days of hire.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to move about customer locations safely, ascend/descend stairs and ladders, and navigate close quarters.
- Capability to move or lift items and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Pay Rate
Depending on license status and experience: $20 – $23.00 per hour.
Schedule
40‑hour work week, Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 5:00PM, with optional Saturday work.
