Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and represent the company to clients.
• Travel to appointments, assess pest issues, and implement specialized treatment plans.
• Recommend preventive actions to protect homes and businesses, building long‑term customer relationships.
• Respond to customer needs professionally and promptly.
• Use a handheld device to document service and track pest conditions.
• Maintain and operate a company vehicle safely and ensure it remains clean and functional.
• Read, understand, and follow labels and SDS forms for hazardous chemicals.
• Follow all safety guidelines, PPE, and proper handling of equipment and chemicals.
• Perform other duties as assigned and continually seek the best solutions.

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Availability for at least 40 hours per week, including occasional weekends.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move about customer locations safely, ascend/descend stairs and ladders, and navigate close quarters.
• Capability to move or lift items and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Pay Rate

Depending on license status and experience: $20 – $23.00 per hour.

Schedule

40‑hour work week, Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 5:00PM, with optional Saturday work.
