Newtown Termite & Pest Control is looking for a dependable, motivated Pest Control Technician to join our growing team in Bucks County.
If you like working with your hands, being out in the field, solving problems, and interacting with people instead of sitting behind a desk all day, you'll fit right in.
Pest control experience is a huge plus — but it's not required for the right person. We can train you.
We believe technicians should benefit when they help grow the business.
In addition to your hourly pay, you can earn:
10% commission on sales you close
5% commission on leads you generate that turn into a sale

Whether you identify an additional service a customer needs or simply recognize an opportunity and send it back to our sales team, you get rewarded for it.
Every day is a little different. You'll visit homes and businesses throughout Bucks County and:
Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and conditions contributing to infestations
Perform professional pest control treatments
Identify pest problems and determine appropriate solutions
Educate customers on what you're finding and how to prevent future problems
Perform follow-up services and monitor ongoing pest activity
Identify opportunities to recommend additional services when appropriate
Generate leads for additional services when you identify a customer's needs
Maintain your vehicle, equipment, and supplies
Complete accurate service documentation through our mobile technology
Represent Newtown professionally in customers' homes and businesses

Physically capable of climbing ladders, entering crawlspaces, and performing hands-on work
Comfortable talking with homeowners and explaining what you’re doing

Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet for work
In possession of a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Pest control experience or a PA pesticide license is a major plus.
Experience in construction, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, wildlife, maintenance, or other hands-on trades is also valuable.
$21–$26/hour based on experience
10% commission on sales
