Job Description:

We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Pest Control Technician position based around Mooresville, IN, with weekly reporting to our Indianapolis, IN office. The ideal candidate enjoys teamwork and also excels independently.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
• Uncapped customer upgrade and referral bonuses, including up to $300 bi-weekly bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily routes to resolve customer pest issues
• Maintain truck and equipment
• Accurately record treatments
• Mix and apply pesticides per laws
• Serve as a subject matter expert for customers
• Maintain route standards and customer relationships
• Advise customers on potential problems
• Report issues to management
• Manage pesticide inventory
• Work in local areas, carrying approximately 50 lbs of equipment
• Work every other Saturday

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary; training provided
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record (no more than 1 violation in past year, 2 in past 4 years)
• Drug test and background check required
