Responsibilities
- Complete our award-winning company-paid training to learn the skills for managing a pest control service route and becoming a Pro.
- Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for a complete pest management program.
- Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Complete all service-related documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications
- No experience required—training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
- Ability to work independently, manage routes, and interact with customers.
Work Environment
Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform job duties safely, with or without accommodations:
- Use ladders within weight limits.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, roofs, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crawling.
- Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators.
- Work in various weather conditions.
