Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Wildlife Technician to deliver exceptional service to residential and commercial wildlife control customers through exclusion, trapping, and removal of wildlife. Responsibilities include sealing, caulking, or installing sheet metal on soffits, gutter lines, roof ridges, vents, and voids, often from rooftops or ladders, which may require basic carpentry skills.

A Day in the Life as a Wildlife Technician

Your main tasks include identifying, removing, preventing, or repairing wildlife damage. You will assess customer issues, conduct inspections, determine solutions, explain procedures, and handle payments. You will operate independently, managing your schedule and services.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to pass state licensing/certification exams
• Pass internal technical exams
• Current Driver's License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional appearance and approved uniform
• Availability for 40+ hours weekly, including evenings and weekends
