Western Pest Services is seeking a Pest Control Technician (Maintenance) to protect homes and businesses in Ocean County and the surrounding area. You will join a team that values safety, growth, and delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities include completing two-month company-paid training, servicing both residential and commercial clients, and inspecting attics, crawlspaces, and interior/exterior areas to ensure effective pest control solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED or better.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous pest control experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete our industry-leading, company paid two-month training.
• Help residential or commercial customers with their pest control issues.
• Inspect attics, crawlspaces, and the interiors and exteriors of homes or businesses.

We are currently seeking a Pest Control Technician. This position will be based out of the southern Ocean County area!

• Inspect attics, crawlspaces, and the interiors and exteriors of homes or businesses in our area

Schedule:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 6am - 5pm
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Requirements:

• High School/GED or better
• Valid Driver's license
• Must be 18 years of age

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable federal, state and local laws. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations as well as the ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid):

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions

Salary Range: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
