Miller Pest Solutions in Kansas City, Missouri is seeking a dedicated Pest Control Technician to join our team. Earn $20-$23/hour with performance bonuses, a company vehicle, and paid training as you build a career in pest control.

The full-time role offers a structured schedule, Monday–Friday with occasional overtime, and training to prepare you for advancement into Senior Technician, Field Trainer, Inspector, Sales, or Leadership tracks. We value attitude and work ethic.

• Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity.
• Perform pest control and extermination services safely and effectively.

• Build strong relationships with customers through outstanding service.
• Complete service reports using company software.
• Recommend additional services when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds


• Comfortable working around insects and rodents


• Ability to pass a respirator fit test


• Must be able to meet respirator fit requirements.


• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company standards


• Ability to pass pre-employment testing
