Job summary

Greenix Pest Control is seeking a Service Professional to join our field team. You will safely apply pesticides, perform thorough inspections, and communicate service plans with customers while upholding company standards.

No prior experience required; we train. You must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, pass background and drug screening, and be willing to work in varied conditions. Base pay is $21–$25/hr with weekly pay and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• No direct experience required; sales experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have and maintain a Valid Driver’s License.
• Must pass Background, Motor Vehicle Report, and Drug Screen.
• Ability to lift equipment backpack up to 50 lbs.
• Able to complete the state pesticide applicator licensing process.

Responsibilities

• Safely apply pesticides according to company standards, label instructions, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Document services performed according to company standards and applicable laws and regulations.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment according to company policy, maintaining proper condition.
• Drive company vehicle to customer locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with teammates and customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers about their service, including updates to plans and service schedules.
• Respond quickly to customer and office requests.
• Assist in sales activities to ensure customers have comprehensive Pest Control and Animal Management services.
