Job summary

Greenix is seeking a Pest Control Service Technician in Millbury, MA. You will apply treatments safely, service customers, and drive a company vehicle while building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include documenting services, communicating plans, and assisting with sales to ensure complete pest control and animal management solutions. No direct experience required; sales experience preferred.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays required.

Responsibilities

• Safely apply pesticides according to company standards, label instructions, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Document services performed according to company standards and applicable laws and regulations.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment in accordance with company policy, maintaining proper condition.
• Drive company vehicle to customer locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with teammates and customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers about their service, including updates to plans and service schedules.
• Respond quickly to customer and office requests.
• Assist in sales activities to ensure customers receive the most complete Pest Control and Animal Management services.

Qualifications

• No direct experience required; sales experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate a high level of accountability and responsibility.
• Outstanding relationship builder with strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screen.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and elevated heights.
• Ability to work with stinging and/or biting pests.
• Ability to read and write notes clearly.
• Ability to lift equipment or backpack up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to complete the state pesticide applicator licensing process.
• Ability to handle, mix, and spray pesticides and related chemicals.
