Overview:

We are seeking a hardworking, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Pest Control Technician position based in the Westchester, FL area, reporting to our Fort Lauderdale, FL office once per week. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment and excels individually.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $16.25 - $20.25 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily routes to resolve customer pest issues
• Maintain truck and equipment in good condition
• Accurately record treatments provided
• Apply pesticides following laws and safety protocols
• Provide expert pest solutions tailored to customer needs
• Maintain service standards and customer relationships
• Advise customers on potential pest issues
• Report route problems to management
• Manage pesticide inventory responsibly
• Work in local areas, carrying approximately 50 lbs of equipment
• Work every other Saturday

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary; training provided
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record (no more than one violation in past year, two in past four)
• Drug test and background check required
