Job summary

Aptive Environmental, LLC is seeking a hard-working Pest Control Technician based around Everett, WA. This full-time role involves running daily routes to resolve customer pest concerns, with training provided. Applicants must have a valid US driver’s license and a clean driving record.

The position offers a competitive compensation of $21.25 – $24.25 per hour, uncapped bonuses, and excellent benefits like health plans, paid holidays, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; training provided.
• A US driver’s license that has been valid for a minimum of 3 years is required.
• A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years).

Responsibilities

• Running a daily route where you will be resolving customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keeping accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serving as the subject matter expert for your customers by implementing efficient pest solutions.
• Maintaining and servicing all route customers according to company standards.
• Advising customers of potential problems.
• Keeping management informed of any problems encountered on service routes.
• Maintaining proper inventory of pesticides in use.
• Carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs.
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday.

This is a full‑time Pest Control Technician position located on the road in the area around Everett, WA. The position reports to our office in Everett, WA once per week.

Compensation: $21.25 – $24.25 per hour, uncapped customer upgrade and referral bonuses.
