Responsibilities
- Serve customers professionally on your daily route and provide top‑tier pest protection.
- Inspect properties and identify pest issues – training provided.
- Communicate solutions clearly and empathetically to customers.
- Recommend additional services to bring peace of mind.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely.
- Complete reports and documentation on a handheld device.

Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
- Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
