Job summary

Arrow Exterminators of Atlanta, GA is hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician to serve residential and commercial customers using an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM).

As a Pest Control Technician, you will start each route ready to protect clients from pests, inspect attics and crawl spaces, identify insects, and describe personalized solutions while maintaining a professional, customer-first mindset. Training is provided, and the team emphasizes reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to pass state licensing/certification exams.
• Availability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform pest identification and assessment in residential and commercial properties.
• Carry out IPM-based treatments and customer education.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment in good condition.
• Build professional relationships and provide reliable service.
