Job summary

Arrow Exterminators in Atlanta, GA is hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician to service residential and commercial customers using IPM principles. This production-based role offers a strong earning potential and benefits, including a company vehicle.

You will start each route, identify insects and harborage, and implement personalized control solutions while maintaining equipment and communicating with customers. Training is provided; licensing exams will be supported as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain state licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience necessary; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Start daily route and provide pest control services.
• Identify insects and pest harborage and apply IPM solutions.
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions.
• Ensure safety and licensing compliance.

Arrow Exterminators of Atlanta, GA is looking to hire a full‑time Pest Control Technician to provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). This is a production‑based position that leads the industry in potential earnings.

As a Pest Control Technician, you are excited to start your route each day. Not only will you be recognized as a hero to our customers as you save them from pesky intruders, but you will also create lifelong client relationships. You search high and low by entering attics, crawl spaces, and other parts of residences to assess any problems and properly identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions. Your calm, helpful demeanor puts our customers at ease as you devise and describe a personalized solution.
