Arrow Exterminators of Atlanta, GA is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to serve residential and commercial customers using IPM principles. This is a production-based role focused on delivering reliable, high-quality service.

You will drive a company vehicle, complete routine visits, identify pests, implement tailored solutions, and maintain your equipment and vehicle in top condition. No prior experience required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Driver's License and be able to pass state licensing exams.
• Ability to learn IPM-based pest control techniques.
• Willingness to train for required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site pest control services for residential and commercial customers.
• Identify pests, assess harborage and conducive conditions, and implement IPM-based solutions.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment; collect payments where applicable; provide excellent customer service.

Arrow Exterminators of Atlanta, GA is looking to hire a full-time Pest Control Technician to provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). This is a production-based position that leads the industry in potential earnings.

As a condition of employment, candidates selected for this position are required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment drug test prior to starting work.

As a Pest Control Technician, you are excited to start your route each day. Not only will you be recognized as a hero to our customers as you save them from pesky intruders, but you will also create lifelong client relationships. You search high and low by entering attics, crawl spaces, and other parts of residences to assess any problems and properly identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions. Your calm, helpful demeanor puts our customers at ease as you devise and describe a personalized solution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possess a valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• No experience necessary! We will train the right person.
