Orkin is hiring in Kentucky to join the Best in Pests as an Orkin Pro. If you have strong customer service and are eager to start a career with training provided, this role offers paid training from day one and the chance to grow into leadership, sales, or management.

You'll serve customers on daily routes, inspect properties, and recommend services with company support, a vehicle, and the latest technology. First-year earnings typically range from $50,000 to $60,000, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background with no pest control experience welcome.
• Must be able to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and wear PPE safely.
• Willing to climb, crawl, or work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers professionally on daily route and provide pest protection.
• Inspect properties and identify pest issues with training provided.
• Communicate solutions clearly and empathetically to customers.
• Recommend additional services to provide peace of mind.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely.
• Complete reports and documentation on a handheld device.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
