Aptive Environmental is looking for a dedicated Pest Control Technician to join their team in Greensboro, NC. This full-time position involves running daily routes to resolve pest concerns, maintaining equipment, and implementing effective pest solutions for customers.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided, but a valid US driver's license and a clean driving record are essential. The role includes company vehicle use, opportunities for overtime, and a supportive company culture with various benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; training provided.
• US driver’s license valid for a minimum of 3 years.
• Clean driving record: no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past four years.
• Drug test and background check required for all new hires.

Responsibilities

• Running a daily route resolving customer pest concerns.
• Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keeping accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides legally.
• Implementing efficient pest solutions for customers' needs.
• Servicing all route customers according to company standards.
• Advising customers of potential problems.
• Keeping management informed of problems encountered.
• Maintaining proper inventory of pesticides.
• Carrying a product backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs.
• Working schedule includes every other Saturday.
