Job summary

Pointe Pest Control is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician in St. Charles, MO. You will provide one-time and maintenance treatment estimates, perform scheduled appointments, and tailor pest solutions to each customer’s needs while following safety protocols.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and reliability, with opportunities for training and growth within a large family of PestCo brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in-person.
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature.
• Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.

Schedule: Monday‑Friday

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Self‑motivated and results driven.
• Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest Control experience or Pest Control License (Preferred but not required).
