Pay: Hourly + Incentives; average first-year earnings of $45,000-$55,000.

What do our Pest Control Technicians do?

The primary role involves providing pest management services for residential clients. Responsibilities include inspecting properties, identifying pests, applying treatments, and advising on prevention, all while following safety standards and communicating with clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conducting inspections for pest signs, damage, and entry points
• Applying pest control products safely and effectively
• Educating customers on pest prevention
• Building customer relationships, scheduling, and assisting with sales
• Maintaining pest control equipment
• Following safety and regulatory standards
• Driving and operating company vehicles safely

Essential Job Functions:

• Working in confined spaces and around animals, insects, and chemicals
• Handling various physical activities and safety gear

What do you need?

• Clean-shaven face for safety reasons
• High school diploma or equivalent, with related experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Relevant licenses or certifications (covered by us)
• Availability to work weekdays and weekends
• Willingness to learn pest control techniques
• Strong communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Customer service experience preferred

Additional earning opportunities include overtime, incentives, and commissions, with total earnings varying based on performance and routes.

Base Pay Range: Hourly $16.21 - $23.00. Actual pay depends on location, skills, and experience. Total earnings may include overtime and incentives.
