All-American Pest Control, Inc. in Middle Tennessee is hiring a Pest Control Technician for a seasonal 4-day work week with paid training and a strong benefits package.

You’ll work outdoors year-round, use basic hand tools and gas-powered augers, and lift up to 60 lbs while delivering exceptional customer service. No pest control experience required; we provide Category 7 State Certification training, onboarding, and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt to field work.
• Must be able to work outdoors year-round and handle physical tasks (lift up to 60 lbs).
• Valid driver's license required to travel to job sites.
• Strong safety mindset; follow proven safety practices with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outdoor pest control services and customer support.
• Use basic hand tools and augers to perform tasks.
• Navigate crawlspaces and inspect client properties as needed.
