Job summary

Innovative Pest Solutions is seeking a full-time Pest Control Tech - Branch 2 to travel throughout Southern California, performing pest removal and providing exceptional client service. The role includes inspecting properties, applying heat treatments, and maintaining equipment in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifying candidates will hold a California Branch 2 license, a valid driver’s license, and a clean record.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IPM principles and pesticide safety practices.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service across residential and commercial sites.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• Experience with heat treatment systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit properties to perform pest control and removal services.
• Follow safety policies, regulations, and company procedures.
• Inspect homes and businesses for signs of pests and implement heat solutions.
• Document work with digital reports; maintain vehicle and equipment.
