Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and businesses to identify pest concerns and contributing conditions.
• Perform pest management treatments according to company standards and industry regulations.
• Recommend preventative solutions to help customers avoid future pest issues.
• Travel throughout an assigned service area to complete scheduled appointments.
• Educate customers on treatment plans, findings, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and professional communication at every interaction.
