Peachtree Pest Control, an Anticimex company, is hiring a Pest Control Service Professional to inspect, treat, and educate customers across Georgia. You’ll travel within a service area, maintain records, and provide exceptional service in a safety-conscious environment.

The role offers full-time, year-round employment with paid training, a company vehicle for eligible positions, and benefits including health coverage and a 401(k) plan. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Pest Control Service Professional, you'll spend your day helping customers solve pest issues while building long-term relationships through honesty, professionalism, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and businesses to identify pest concerns and contributing conditions
• Perform pest management treatments according to company standards and industry regulations
• Recommend preventative solutions to help customers avoid future pest issues
• Travel throughout an assigned service area to complete scheduled appointments
• Educate customers on treatment plans, findings, and best practices
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Deliver outstanding customer service and professional communication at every interaction

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Physical Requirements & Essential Functions

• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Safely carry, position, and climb ladders while performing service duties
• Bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach overhead, and maintain mobility throughout the workday
• Work in confined spaces, including crawl spaces, attics, and other restricted-access areas
• Stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity
• Frequently lift and handle equipment and materials above shoulder level
• Operate a company vehicle and drive an established service route for extended periods
• Safely use hand tools, application equipment, and other job-related devices
• Maintain visual acuity necessary to inspect, identify, and treat pest-related issues
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators and other safety gear as needed, including required company provided footwear and other PPE as required.
• Complete required medical evaluations, including respirator clearance evaluations when applicable
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
