Job summary

Rentokil is seeking an Innovation/Utility Specialist in Bothell, WA to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and light construction work for residential and commercial clients.

You will communicate with customers, follow safety protocols, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends. A valid driver’s license and ability to work weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pre-employment background screen required.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record check.
• Able to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills for mixing on product labels.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Pest Control: Inspect, treat, and maintain termite control systems for residential and commercial clients.
• TAP Insulation Installation: Install thermal acoustical pest control insulation.
• Construction and Repair: Assist with minor construction and repairs related to pest damage.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to explain services and provide guidance on pest control measures.
• Service Delivery: Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal with safety protocols.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training.
