Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is looking for an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, exclusion, and TAP insulation installation. You’ll engage with customers and handle site prep, safety, and clean-up during field work.

The role requires ability to work in varied spaces, lift up to 50 pounds, and comply with safety regulations. Overtime and training support are provided as part of ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients.
• TAP insulation installation and related site prep/cleanup.
• Light construction and repair work related to pest damage.
• Communicate service explanations and guidance to customers.
• Perform exclusion and wildlife removal with safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends and training.
