Responsibilities
- Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route and become a Pro.
- Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet their pest management needs.
- Serve as a problem solver to decide on the most efficient pest solutions for each customer.
- Complete all service-related documentation accurately using your provided hand-held device.

Qualifications
- No experience required — we’ll train you!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments
- We consider all qualified applicants respecting applicable laws.
Work Environment
Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:
- Use ladders safely within weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing
- Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators
- Work in various weather conditions
