Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route and become a Pro.
2. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services to meet their pest management needs.
4. Serve as a problem solver for your customer to decide on the most efficient pest solutions for each case.
5. Complete all service-related documentation accurately using the provided hand-held device.

Qualifications

• No experience required—we train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments
• Meet physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs, access crawl spaces, wear PPE, work in various weather conditions
