Responsibilities

Where and how will you serve customers?

  • Identify areas of concern using a property map, such as: standing water, property lines, gardens, environmentally sensitive areas.
  • Operate a company vehicle safely, ensuring cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
  • Communicate with customers by setting expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
  • Serve as a problem solver to meet all customer needs.
  • Complete all required service documentation on a hand-held device.
  • Apply materials safely and effectively, following all label, State, and Federal laws and regulations.
  • Respond quickly to unscheduled service requests.
  • Attain and maintain State Pesticide Applicator licenses as required by the company in a timely manner.
