Responsibilities
Where and how will you serve customers?
- Complete our award-winning company-paid training to learn the skills for managing a pest control service route and becoming a Pro.
- Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services to meet their pest management needs.
- Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions for each customer.
- Complete all service-related documentation using the provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications
What do you need to be successful?
- No experience required—training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid).
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage routes, and interact with customers.
Work Environment
Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely with or without accommodations:
- Use ladders within weight capacity.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Wear PPE, sometimes requiring OSHA-compliant respirators.
- Work in various weather conditions.
