Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills necessary to manage a pest control service route and become a Pro.
2. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services to meet their pest management needs.
4. Serve as a problem solver for your customers to decide on the most efficient pest solutions.
5. Complete all service documentation accurately using your provided hand-held device.

Qualifications

• No experience required—training provided!
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work independently and manage routes while interacting with customers
• Applicants will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Use ladders safely within weight limits
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing skills
• Wear PPE, including respirators when required
• Work in various weather conditions
