Job summary

The Shield Co. Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician in San Antonio, TX to deliver pest control services and build lasting customer relationships.

You will inspect for pest activity, perform treatments, document work, and communicate with the office to ensure exceptional service. Requirements include 1+ years of customer service, 21+ years old, a valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving history, and ability to obtain pest control licensing if needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
