Qualifications

• Clean driving record required.
• Current Pest Control License required.
• 1-3 years of pest control experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Physical ability to move constantly and access attics/crawl spaces.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify infestations and determine treatment.
• Apply pesticides and control solutions safely according to standards and regulations.
• Explain inspection results, plans, and prevention tips to clients.
• Create leads while in the field.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, services, and chemicals used.
• Follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on pest control equipment.
• Stay informed about industry trends and new methods through ongoing training.
• Adhere to company policies while delivering excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction.
