EcoShield Pest Solutions in Seattle seeks a Service Technician to deliver high-quality pest control services during scheduled appointments, inspect properties, and communicate treatment plans clearly to customers.

You will inspect for pest activity, apply approved treatments, maintain accurate service records, and support the office with timely updates. A valid driver’s license and customer-focused approach are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Service Technician Position Summary

The Service Technician delivers exceptional customer service during scheduled maintenance appointments by inspecting for pest activity, providing effective treatment solutions, and building lasting customer relationships.
