EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician in the Washington area to deliver pest control services, perform inspections, and foster strong customer relationships. You will communicate treatment plans, maintain accurate service records, and coordinate with the office to ensure smooth scheduling.

The role emphasizes safety, proper PPE use, and adherence to company policies. A valid driver’s license is required, and pest control licensing may be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

Service Technician

Position Summary

The Service Technician delivers exceptional customer service during scheduled maintenance appointments byinspecting forpest activity, providing effective treatment solutions, and building lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.

• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity,identifytreatment needs, and recommendappropriate solutionsto address customer concerns.

• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions,maintainingaccurateservice records, and communicating with the office as needed.

• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.

• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards whileutilizingtechnology to manage appointments and service documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

This position offers an hourly base pay of $21.00 , plusadditionalcompensation opportunities. Please note that actual earning beyond base pay will vary based on sales.
