McCall Pest & Wildlife in Orlando is looking for a Pest Control Service Professional (Maintenance) to protect homes and businesses from pests. You’ll be on the road and trusted to manage your route, delivering high-quality service to customers and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Building Relationships: You'll create lifelong connections with customers, delivering excellent service and fostering loyalty.
• Managing Your Service Route: Responsible for the daily operations of your Universal Service Route with strong time management.
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Monitor termite bait systems and ensure proper functioning.
• Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.

Your responsibilities

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity


• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.


• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.


• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.


• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
