The Shield Co. Management / EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Manager to lead Field Managers and Service Technicians in Round Rock, Texas, delivering reliable pest control services to our recurring customers.

You will hire, train, and develop a high-performing team focused on exceptional customer experience and growth. This role requires pest control experience with leadership ability, a valid driver’s license, and a High School Diploma or GED.

• 2+ years pest control experience with management preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving history.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Service Technicians to support performance and engagement.
• Provide ongoing field coaching, feedback, and accountability for quality and safety.
• Monitor route efficiency, service quality, and customer experience metrics.
• Support field operations by running service routes and auditing service tickets.
• Make daily decisions on service delivery, scheduling, and resource allocation within guidelines.

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $55,000 and $65,000/yr.
