Job summary

The Shield Companies is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service during scheduled pest control appointments. You will inspect for pest activity, provide effective treatments, and build lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
